Please use the above link to book an appointment only if you have been directed to do so by the office. Use your child's name, birth date, Care Card number to log-in to the Arya portal. Please note the appointment type (Online Book In person, Online Book Phone call, or Special Approval Only) that you have been asked to book. 

Schedules are generally released 4-6 weeks in advance. If you are trying to choose a date that is too far into the future, please check back 4-6 weeks before the desired booking date to see availabilities. 

Dear Patients: Due to delays in building permits, our new opening date will be February 2nd, 2026. For the month of January, Dr. Tsai will continue seeing patients in person through South Surrey Pediatrics (114 - 2630 Croydon Drive) and Dr. Grace Chew will continue seeing patients through Clayton Gate.

Trouble Shooting Tips: Initially, the page will show "No appointments available". Please ensure you click Date, pick a date that is in darker black (see screen shot), and choose from available appointment times). 

Make sure the email address you enter is the same address that you received the email notification from the clinic (the email you enter has to match the email we have on file for your child).
