Update January 12th, 2026: 

Dear Patients: Due to delays in building permits, our new opening date will be February 2nd, 2026. For the month of January, Dr. Tsai will continue seeing patients in person through South Surrey Pediatrics (114 - 2630 Croydon Drive) and Dr. Grace Chew will continue seeing patients through Clayton Gate. If you already have an appointment booked for January and are unable to attend the South Surrey location, please contact the office to change this to a phone call or to reschedule.

In the meantime, while we are still physically operating out of South Surrey Pediatrics, please direct all phone calls regarding Dr. Tsai to our new number, 778-298-9238. Thank you for your patience. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

To Contact The Office:

Option 1: Dial 778-298-9238 (Cornerstone Pediatrics). You may be asked to leave a voicemail if the secretary is busy with a patient. Please indicate your child's name and date of birth, and reason for calling if leaving a voicemail.

Option 2 (Preferred): Complete the Contact Request (Top right of the navigation bar) with pertinent information, and an email will be generated to our staff who will respond to your inquiry either via email or phone call depending on the nature of the inquiry. 

Inquiries submitted via Option 2 will generally yield a faster response time than Option 1 as it provides more accurate information for our MOA team to relay to the doctor.
